Let's MOVE!






Spread your wings Butterfly, show 'em what you got ~

Is there anything keeping you from fulfilling your desires? What would you like to do and how would you do it? Are you feeling stuck?

Trust me, I think we have all been in that place at some point in our lives. We put things off and then months and years go by and  we later wonder where time went.

The fact that you've stopped to read my post is a sure sign that you have thought about making that first step in honoring your gut - sit with that thought for a little while.

We are all faced with many good and not so good challenges in our lives, some of us just want to find some meaning, or to do something really exciting like travelling, jumping off a cliff, writing a book, converting a bedroom into a craft room, starting a small business... the list goes on.

Would you consider this time to think about taking some action to fulfill your projects? 
                   





A Day trip ~

Planned my day ahead to go for a hike. I got up at 5 am and on a quest to do a meditative hike, something different this time around. We're in late Spring and the air is nice and crisp.

I have been thinking about writing a book for a while now (many years!), it's one of the creative projects I wanted to get into, it's time I get serious about this.

There are so many details to consider and putting in hours for the actual work to complete a manuscript and sending it to a publishing company with hopes that the publisher gives a thumbs up for approval is nerve wracking.

Having a clear vision as to how I would like to proceed with this project will help me navigate through that path to completing a manuscript.

I'm so glad for this time to be out breathing in fresh air, it's a chance to clear my mind and focus on ideas on how to start this project.

I am all about having fun in anything I do, if you are considering wiritng a book, or writing a blog, here are some things to consider.

*What's my purpose in wanting to write?
*What's my writing style?
*What should I write about?
*Why should people read my book or blog?

Well, I hope you find some motivation in taking the first steps into fulfilling your desires. Remember you have many, many talents, and trust that you can do this.

So honor yourself! Let's MOVE towards fulfilling our desires, whatever it may be!

Garble-ling Thoughts


My thoughts are 'running busy' at my expense ~ that's the worse! Well I do have stuff going on and sometimes it's not easy to stay positive. My anxiety still kicks in when issues arise, one of the cures for my talker of a mind ~  is grounding meditation and prayers.

Meditative walk with My Guardian Angel Marie; today she gave me a flashback, as I was walking back to my apartment with my laundry basket, she brought me back to when I was 18, wearing a white playboy shirt and yellow work-out pants (Le Tiger or was it Puma). Holy molly, things were really simple back then, I really didn't have much to worry about.
As soon as I got to my apartment, I started making dinner and then my thoughts went garbbling nonesense again ~ all of a sudden I heard a bird go tweet-tweet! That was Marie reminding me to change my thoughts immediately, ok-kay so I thanked her and I told my brain to STOP! STOP! DELETE!

Easy, right? No, because I am human and many times the ego just thinks it could put in its two cents when it wants - the nerve! Right?

Some of our thoughts have been programmed into our very core from our past lives and I can understand how easy it is to fall back into thinking and doing and saying the same over and over.

I realized that we manifest our own desires and it is important to dwell only on positive and successfull things because we deserve it.

We are all Light, and I can't stress this enough but I am not any more special than you are, I know we can all tap into our sixth sense, and we can all develop spiritualy if we allow it.

Just like everyone else, you have Guides helping you, being with you every minute of the day, I do too. All you have to do is learn to ASK for their presence and talk with them, get to know them, they are your partners in life - they're not going anywhere!

My Angel Marie revealed to me that I have 18 Guides and most are pemanently with me and then I get new Guides depending on what they want me to work on- sort of like I have Guide Specialists. So, really there shouldn't be any reason for me to have these undesirable thoughts because I have all the help I could ever need. You do too!

Here is a lovely prayer that I learned after my Angels kept showing me the number sequence 1010. They're saying ~ what are you thinkin' Missy! Watch your thoughts and change your thoughts.

Pray with me:

"God I ask that you guide the direction of my thoughts, words and actions and I ask for your support during this transition."

I will say this intently out loud each time I hear my brain goes garble-garble again!

Listen ~

Alot of you have asked me about how do you know your Guardian Angels are with you ~ well, our Angels are always with us, they never leave our side. Some of us have more than one Guardian Angel. In my case, I have 2 Guardian Angels and 4 Earth Mothers - (Spirit Guides).

You and your angels are a team and it helps to know how to communicate and listen to them.




Here's how:

Sit comfortably, you can also light up a candle and play soft meditative music if you wish. That does help you relax. I understand that, sometimes, when you are new to doing sometthing, you feel uneasy, or weird, or even scared that you might see something scary. Don't worry, you're safe.

So, Close your eyes

Take 3 deep breaths

And when you are ready say -

"Dear Angels be please be with me now". (Now is the magic word)

Allow whatever comes to mind -

Allow, and keep breathing.

Smile~

Now that you have your Angel sitting right next to you, Ask, what is it you need assistance with Now. Talk with them about whatever issues you need resolved, or just talk with them as though you were chatting with a good friend.

Then, whatever it is that you have asked for - let it go! Trust that your angels are working on it.

Ask them to open your heart so that you are able to hear their messages.

Listen for the answers and follow-through with your Angels suggestions.

We are all special ~

I want to start by saying that finding my blog was no accident and that you were clearly guided to read this. I also want to tell you that we are all special, we are all Light we are all Love, we can tap into our sixth sense, we are all psychics, we are all capable of being enlightened, we are all healers.

There are people who do live on a 'higher plane' of consciousness meaning, these are people who have re-membered what their purpose is in this lifetime, some of us re-membered our purpose at a very young age, some as adults.

You may have experienced something different about you for a long while but because you are scared of what people might say, you tried to keep it inside of you so things would look normal ~

You were clearly guided to my blog, it is no accident that you found my blog and I am here to help you understand what you may be going through, also give you some resources that will help you through this path.

Have you felt different for a long time, you feel as though you're disconnected from your physical self ~ questions like 'am I really in this body?' I want to let you know that you are not alone.

I'm sure you've heard that word - "Lightworker' and I will explain it the best I can and I also have some videos that will help you understand somemore.

Lightworkers are the one's that volunteered before birth to help mother earth and its occupants heal from the effects of fear. We have no knowledge or recollection of what we were in our past lives and because of our 'not knowing' many of us felt lost, or 'we don't belong' so we end up searching and searching.

In my own personal experience, my searching made my connection with God, the I AM presence or the Creator of all that is (however you call it) more and more stronger. As I prayed and meditated, I was guided to other people who felt the same and had the same thoughts.

I re-membered my 'awareness' when I was in grade school; I didn't have alot of friends, I felt closer to Jesus and I spoke with him and found comfort that way. I also knew that there is something else beyond physicality and I was drawn to metaphysics as a child. I always thought every child had the same metaphysical experiences as I had.

Meditation ~


                                                   
Dental visits, commuting to work, rushing to pick up kids from school, what's for dinner, - Stress, stress, stress, kringe, kringe, kringe!!! There is too much going on in the background of our lives. It's difficult to focus. Too much stress, stress reduction, chill out, let it go, detach – familiar phrases to all of us.

We all live in a fast, fun and exciting world. It is also challenging, trying, demanding and frightening. These two sides of our lives produce stress, emotional reactions, anxiety, worry and anticipation.

Our bodies and minds can only tolerate so much and after a while, each of us reaches a saturation point and the results become uncomfortable at best; for some it may be unbearable, even unendurable.

One thing is for sure, there is no magic pill available to eliminate stressfull situations or feelings. Nope - no pill to cure stress -

Learning to Relax ~ how do you calm your monkey mind?

Meditating is actually easier than you might imagine. Most of us have dabbled in meditation by participating in conscious relaxation. Maybe during an exercise class or to manage pain at the dentist or anxiety before a test. We start by paying attention to our breathing.

The practical effort to focus completely on our breathing takes our minds away from the "mind clutter" that constantly tries to invade our mind and eliminate feelings that will lead to a time of calm. With repeated effort the goal of clearing your mind – to think of nothing, does occur and the process of meditation takes on its own energy.

The result is, and I guarantee this, peace, serenity, calmness, eventually opening yourself to new insights.

Relaxation through Meditation ~

My preference would be to call meditation relaxation – conscious relaxation, chosen relaxation. These are words that are more universally understood, more comfortable.

Constantly working toward the goal of discovering my own ability to reach a state of serenity, acknowledging the stress as an observant (doing nothing - just observing), setting my ego aside and by paying attention to my breath; this is how I learned to calm my monkey mind.

Meditating for Life ~

To manage these concerns we must go inside ourselves. Among the steps we can take is the learning and practicing of meditation. 

What to Expect ~

With time and faith in the commitment to practice frequently, (daily meditating is ideal), during your meditation time you may "leave the moment." A feeling of separation exists where the mind is clear, clean and blank. You will still hear sounds around you, but they will not interfere with your meditation.

Sometimes you may weep -- you may not even be aware of what is making you weep. It is your own emotions having a voice of their own. Sometimes you may feel a smile across your face -- that is contentment showing itself. Sometimes you may fall asleep and awaken truly refreshed.

There is no right or wrong behavior during your meditation. It is your time for you. Everyone deserves this kind of personal attention. This is a self-care activity; loving oneself!

Paying it forward~

Teach your kids to meditate instead of sending them to 'time-out'. Teach it to your friends, family, anyone who will listen. We can share this gift and get back as we give. We are all better because of each person who meditates.

The peace and joy felt by those who meditate enters the world for all of us as positive energy.

Imagine if we all practiced meditation! Our world will be a more peaceful place.
